 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SCS CSHB 468(FIN) am S  (APPROP:                     
 SUPPLEMENTAL & OTHERS) before the committee.  In response to a                
 request from the Senate, it was returned to the Senate Rules                  
 Committee from the House of Representatives on 5/1/96.                        
                                                                               
 SENATOR PEARCE moved that SCS CSHB 468(FIN) am S be held on the               
 Senate Secretary's desk for a rescinding action by the body.                  
 Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
